Shipping

We use standard shipping with Canada Post and USPS. Orders placed from Monday-Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Orders are shipped typically within 1-2 days from receipt of order.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within Canada and the USA.

Please note that parcel and packet by air to Australia and New Zealand temporarily suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic. More information can be found here.

We ship to most countries, if your country has border restictions due to COVID19 that may affect incoming shipments, please check before placing an order!

Due to COVID-19, please expect delays in shipping. 

Once your order is shipped out, it'll take:

CANADA: 1-7 business days

USA: 7-14 business days

Rest of the World: 1 week- 2 Months

Depending on what shipping method you selected, you may or may not recieve a tracking number.

Not all options guarantee a tracking number. If you're concerned about your order's journey, please make sure you select a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

Shipping notifications are automatically sent out, but if you haven't received an order confirmation email or any tracking information, let us know! 

Please be aware of your country's customs + duty fees before placing an order. 

International shipments outside of North America may be subject to duties and/or taxes. Each international customer is responsible for those charges.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and quality check every item before packaging and shipping them out. If a product is damaged when received or if you’re not satisfied with your order, we will offer you a refund. Refund requests are only accepted within 60 days of shipping date and we will refund your original form of payment once we receive the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns can only be accepted for orders from Canada and the USA.

Refunds

If your order has been lost in the mail or has arrived damaged and you would like a refund on your order, please contact us at support@kitsuwave.com. Please note that only lost orders with tracking numbers will be eligible for refunds.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and refunds will only reflect the total order cost before shipping fees.
