Frequently Asked Questions

We're a small team of two people but we work hard to process all orders within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the next following business days.

If you got a little too excited and placed an order before you were ready, we'll do our best to help! Within 30 minutes of placing an order, if you contact us by email at orders@kitsuwave.com, we'll issue a full refund!

If you placed an order after 3pm and don't receive an immediate response, not to worry! We'll see your email the next day prior to packing shipments and will make sure you receive your refund.

Please email support@kitsuwave.com. We may be able to help you alter your order accordingly if it has not already been shipped.

We recently temporarily closed down our store due to a family emergency but for the long run, we do not plan on closing our store when restocking or adding new product lines.
